The cashier left and returned 8 minutes later, only to discover that my order had been sitting in the warmer the entire time. When I got home 5 minutes later, I was disappointed to find that the pizzas weren't packaged in the standard personal pan pizza boxes. Instead, they were stacked on top of each other in a foil container with a plastic lid, which had melted onto the pizzas. The resulting damage made the pizzas inedible, with hard and sharp plastic chunks embedded in the cheese and bits of foil between the slices. As a customer, it's understandable that you're busy with a promotion, but it's concerning that the packaging used wasn't suitable for the product, especially since families with kids often purchase these pizzas as a treat. I hope you'll consider using your standard packaging or something safer to prevent similar issues in the future.
