  As Topgolf goes this is a fairly good one. It does however get ridiculously busy so plan accordingly. Service is hot or miss and it’s overpriced for what it is, but it’s a bit of fun and has up to date equipment and is convenient

  Terrible. Wouldn’t serve drinks to my wife because they only accept us drivers license and us passport. As in anyone visiting this country cannot drink. I message customer service and they couldn’t even bother to respond. San Jose Planning Commission should be aware of this policy when approving businesses given the amount of visas in San Jose area.

  I came here on Easter, front desk was amazing- very friendly which is what earned that second star. Once we sat down to play, our waiter/waitress was a tad unprofessional as well as the person that brought our food out. When I stuttered to ask for bbq sauce, he looked at me and very rudely said “what”. Our waiter/waitress was “play” fighting with another worker right in front of our table for a good 4 mins and being extremely loud (yelling and all). Customer Service skills can definitely improve.

  First time at this location. I've now been to 3 different Topgolf's. Making a reservation is the best way to go. It was the first time for 3 of the people in our party so I requested the 3rd floor. I do wish they had a way to request the 2nd or 3rd floor bays on the app or at the time I made the bay reservation. Once we arrived at the counter, they couldn't make the accomodations. Kinda sucks, but we made the best of the trip with the first-timers. As always, we will definitely be back. Fun times!

  This was the first time I had gone to topgolf. It was a good place. It is suitable for families and younger children but one has to be careful not to get hit by the golf stick. The food was very average I would not recommend eating here at all the service was subpar as it took very long for the drinks to come out and after an hour and a half we didn't feel like we had achieved much. Overall I would go not more than once every 3 months. That also if some of my friends invite me.
