  Today 1:45 pm my husband picked up an order and got a completely wrong item, when he kindly told the drive thru lady about it she was super rude like how about do your simple job correctly the first time miss girl.. put the fries in the bag… Miserable behavior here, check your food before you leave

  Placed order at walk in counter asked for assistance to close order out. The cashier walked away then proceeded to bag drive up orders. Then an Uber driver walks in , she provided his pick up. While I was still waiting. Then walks around the counter to close out my order. Takes my payment puts my change on the counter and walks to the back of the food prepping area. I leaned over the counter and said excuse me. Another employees responded and opened the restroom door for me. I asked for the manager waited for 5 minutes while staff ignored me. The employee that assisted me looked uncomfortable because I was left standing there wit no response. Order # 237. I will never return.

  Wow, this location serves very very good food! My family and I just moved to SJ and this TB is closest to our house and it’s our favorite location. The restaurant is kept very clean and the staff are super attentive and friendly! 10/10 we will be back again soon

  Only had tablets to order on, operating like a ghost kitchen. Walk up pickup window, drive Thur, in store pickup cabinet. Empty store, no customers came in while dining there.
