I never dine in. I use the drive-through through or get the food to go.

Most disappointing - I came here for a quick lunch and indeed my order came quick, but it was missing half the order (that's not all btw). I ordered a combo and was missing a taco, twists, and the drink. I didn't notice till I sat down and when I went up to the desk to ask about it, all the would give me was the drink cup. Okay, whatever . . . I let it go. Then I started eating (I am vegetarian so I had subbed all the meat for potatoes. Despite this, when I went to eat the burrito I noticed by the feel that iI didn't feel the potato chunks. It occured to me to open it and thankfully I did because guess what, there was beef inside. At that point I didn't even bother to go to the desk, I just had to toss it. Left feeling hungry and ripped off, probably because I could only got like half my order and could only eat half of what I got.

Stopped by for a quick bite to hold me over until dinner, when I went up to the counter I was the only customer ordering. I attempted to tell the employee standing behind the register what I would like to have, but she interrupted and told me that I had to go to the kiosk and enter my order myself. I told her I was paying cash and just wanted one burrito, still she refused. So I had to go through all the prompts, refuse putting in my Taco Bell loyalty ID, refuse joining Taco Bell's email list, enter my first name & my last initial, enter Dine in, select menu catigory burritos, locate rice and bean burrito, refuse modifications, preferences refused their advertisements for add-ons, refuse drinks, then selected I'd be paying cash dining in refused more advertisements enter number of hot sauce packets, only have to go back to the register and pay the person standing there doing nothing. yet she refused to take my one burrito order. Very unhappy with Taco Bell today!!!!! If I could give less than one star today I would. What really baffles me is that it is as though the employee is trying to actively replace herself with machines. I feel that if this were truly Taco Bell's intent then they would simply fire her and put a self-pay kiosk at the front as well. And at that point the cashier is no longer needed. But as long as there is a cashier I feel that the cashier should take every opportunity that they have to be as polite as possible and to answer questions and to take orders whenever a customer simply does not feel like entering in their own order that day. I wonder if this woman who works there is aware how close to being antiquated and dispensable she really is, because if she continues to do what she did tonight, she absolutely is not needed at all. Sincerely concerned customer who has had many experiences at Taco Bell which were much better.
