Short review:
This is the second time I tried giving this location a try and I have to say I am disappointed. The last time I came here the soda machine had the same issue. It seems like the upkeep is always aimed at mediocre.
Long review:
I ordered a pepperoni dipper and a chicken dipper. I also got a footlong pretzel and soda through the Subway app. When I came in the employee was on the phone talking to someone. I stood there for a min or two without him noticing me. Once he saw me he asked if I teleported in? I was weirded out. He then proceeded to tell me their soda machines ice maker doesn’t work. He offered me a bottled soda as an alternative. I accepted.
It was kind of weird he also told me they do not have pretzels and that anytime before ordering I should call to make sure they have what I want to order.
I thought okay that is a weird request and shouldn’t they update that in their system to let people know it is not available to purchase. He then told me I needed to call the subway app to ask for a refund when I asked if it could be refunded. I have never heard of this and was looking for that option. I asked him if he could show me how I would do that through the app he could and didn’t know how.
He was accommodating and offered chips as an alternative to which I then accepted even though the monetary amount is less than the purchase was. He also gave me a cookie to try to make up for the difference.
I went back to my car and when I got home to eat the “rollers”. I realized they were not even made properly. The temperature was too cold.
Another customer came it while I was picking up my order and he was upset. He said something about how last time they did something rude to his son. I wasn’t sure what it was about, but I know the other customer was being kind of rude. The employee got aggressive and was a little rude back. I was just observing both of them as they argued with one another. The employee passive aggressively offered to write the managers number on receipt paper so the customer could call and complain about the service to the manager.
