  The hispanic subway associate felt like stacking the bread on the shelf was more important than serving customers. She was rude and obnoxious. Never going back to this location.

  Today I was in SUBWAY with my family. The four of us were standing at the counter waiting for 5 minutes. I asked the subway associate if we were going to get waited on? She said she had to put her bread away. We waited another 5 minutes just standing there looking around. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time. The associate never said, “just a minute I will be with you.” No customer service skills at all! We ended up leaving.

  HORRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE STAY AWAY! Went for some dinner at around 7:55Pm on 03/18/26 there was 2 female workers and one of my friends pointed out a roach crawling out the food specifically out the HAM the roach then made its way on to the cutting board and the worker spotted it and smushed and went on with her day as if nothing happened. We later walked out mid order

  probably the worst subway in the south bay, the employees have very little grasp of what it means to be courteous and polite. don't be surprised if they try and rush you thru the line, asking your preferences then immediately turning around speaking to eachother in non english dialects. don't get me wrong, if the sandwiches were up to par I could provably overlook this establishment's social ineptitude, however thus just isn't the case. very substandard service, and learn how to chop an onion properly, nobody wants thick raw onion rings on a sub
