    I had placed an online order for cookies. Didn’t open the package there. When in opened then My cookies had white dots on them . , possibly fungus on them. I don’t know where I can complain about this and they tasted like old stuff. I am trying to call and tell them but their phone is constantly busy. Food dept should take action

    I should had checked the rating for this location before coming. I would have saved myself the time. Clearly for at least 1 year this location has been horrible with food, service, and atmosphere. Came in to order and requested for my order to be heated and they refused to heat it. When asked to use the restroom they refused as well. Even as a paying customer. The franchise needs to look at ownership of this location and revoke the license if ownership and management is giving Subway a bad reputation.

    First and last time that I visit this place. Bad service, bad attitude. The woman that was serving us had a bad actitude serving the customer, and this is not the first time that I have come to this place. She's not respectful and not professional.
