  She’s so rude! She denied toasting my sandwich. Completely cold. I asked her to split my sandwich in two for me (footlong), she just threw me two paper wraps and told me she’s busy when there’s 0 customers in the store……very aggressive.

  One of the employees (the older looking one) was speaking negatively about me in Spanish to her coworker and even to another customer behind me, assuming I wouldn’t understand. This happened during the 6–7 PM shift Thursday 19th March, putting that here so the management can identify them and penalize them for it. The younger coworker was also responding negatively about me to her, which was extremely unprofessional. I can guarantee the whole interaction was about getting my sandwich done. However they movked my choice of sauce and vegetables, and they complained about me asking for extra lettuce. Yes that's anal they were about it for no valid reason. Because of this behavior, I chose not to tip. As I was paying, she looked at the screen and continued making comments about me since she saw I didn't tip. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

  Pilar is amazing. Our security company came with a big order last min. She worked so diligently and quickly to complete our order. Very kind and respectful.

  Angelica, Pilar, & Juan are the best! Courteous, thoughtful, efficient, and simply, nice. It doesn't matter what time I walk in, they greet everyone with a smile. Definitely visit this Subway, you won't be disappointed!!
