- TCTaylor CecilApr 12, 20261.0There's always a bad smell or massive spills on the floor. I've never seen someone actively clean up the mess, the just leave it for who knows how long. The floors and areas are not clean, and worn. They never have their items stocked correctly, are always out of the one thing I want on every item. There's always an issue during self checkout from something not being tagged properly in the system and then the staff is MIA half the time so I've been stuck waiting around 15 minutes multiple times. The aisles are not organized well, it's super outdated, there's one entire aisle that's now completely locked up, and they recently cheaped out on their paper bags that now have no handles really adding a cherry on top to the miserable experience it is shopping at this God forsaken grocery store.

I honestly didn’t notice the price and the total balance, so I just asked about it, saying I thought the price was cheaper. I even said sorry to him for me overlooking the total balance. Instead of him simply telling me, “No, the price is only this,” but he said to me to “Look at the screen! Can’t you see the screen? Can’t you see the total balance?” There was another sales associate there who, of course, took his coworker’s side. I totally understand and can speak English fluently but he made feel like damn! Wasn’t the sales associate a little nicer? This is definitely not nice. Is that how he talks to customers?
