I don’t like using the machine — it’s unpleasant. However, it turned out that in this particular store, it is even more unpleasant to deal with the employees. I am not sure whether it was a manager, assistant manager, or just a regular employee, but I have never experienced such a level of disrespect. I was strongly pushed to go use the machine, and when I asked multiple times why, explaining that I wanted to pay here at the counter, I was not given a proper answer. All of these service points are equipped with machines that accept payments and check winning tickets, so there was no reason to refuse service. Instead, I was met with a staff member clearly enjoying her authority, insisting that I go to the machine and категорически refusing to help me, with a dismissive attitude. Whether it was my accent or simply that she didn’t like me — I don’t know. But I have never experienced worse service or treatment. Thank you for clearly showing me which store I should never come back to.

Just wish they had people who rang faster (there’s only one guy who is fast) and more lines open later to keep things moving. Some cashiers could be friendlier, but they probably meet a lot of unpleasant customers. Overall still a good place to go for things.
