  Friendly staff. Great portion and delicious. Clean place. They have outdoor dining area too.

  The sizzling pancake was amazing, and the pineapple and cane sugar drink was great. Service was fast and friendly, and though we didn't ask for recommendations, I heard the server giving the next table a lot of options and recommendations. The courtyard is lovely, but we decided that were a bit cold: they happily moved us inside.

  Its my first time to try the Pho 408 ,i miust say food is great, the presentation of the food ;) ... I have tried many places but this is my No 1...Value of the food is fair enough... The only thing I did not like was the staff refilling the Hot Sauce infront of the customers from.1 bottle transfer the left over from the other bottle.. other than that.. Very Good.... staff are friendly

  una delicia todo súper rico lo recomiendo 100% la comida deliciosa los meseros muy atentos y el precio súper bueno .
