I waited for quite a while and saw my order on the screen, but no cup was provided. It seemed like my order ticket was discarded. When I approached the counter to ask for my drink, the staff responded with a very poor attitude and told me to just take a water cup instead. I explained that I had already placed and paid for a large drink, but I was still given a small cup and treated rudely. I want to make it clear that as a paying member, I’m not trying to get a free drink — I simply expect to receive what I ordered and to be treated with basic respect. This experience was very disappointing.
