    Ordered in app for curbside pickup. Got the message that curbside pickup was not available (1pm) so switched to drive through. The order box and the first window said they didn't have my order but the second window already had my order ready.

    WARNING: Avoid using the kiosks at this location. I have been to this place several times with no issues, but today’s experience was extremely poor. I ordered two meals from the kiosk, followed the instructions, and paid with my credit card. Immediately after paying, the screen displayed a message saying: "The kiosk is closed. Please use another kiosk or order at the front desk." I was shocked. My card was charged, but no receipt printed simply because the kiosk decided it was "closed" mid-transaction. This makes absolutely no sense. When I asked the staff for help, no one would take responsibility. The only answer I received was, "No receipt means you weren't charged." However, I can clearly see the pending transaction in my banking app. Since pending transactions can take several business days to settle or drop off, I’m left in limbo wondering if I’ve been overcharged. Even if I eventually get a refund through my bank or McDonald's corporate, it is incredibly annoying to have to explain this entire situation just to get $20 back. It feels like the burden of proof has been placed entirely on me. My Suggestion: Order only at the front desk or through the mobile app to avoid the headache I’m currently dealing with.

    If you like cold food come to this location. Tried multiple times and finally gave up coming here. Wingstop in this lot is good.
