  Berta was so understanding and extremely friendly to me while I was going through an extremely trying time and had messed up my order (drive thru vs inside, which wasn’t even open to the public at this late hour - 10:30 is when I finally was leaving). Got my food, and a hug, even though I felt so awful causing an issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! You are a shining, bright light in an awful and cloudy storm. As is your team at this McD’s on this night. You deserve the world! And all the treasures it contains. Thank you again for your understanding of my mess-up and my housing rant. I hope you all have an amazing night! ☺️😊🥰

  My standards for McDonald's are low, but somehow this place managed to fail to meet even those. Ordered some food with a sibling of mine. 2 of the Kpop demon hunters promotional meals, and a quarter pounder with cheese. Even by mcnuggets standards, the chicken nuggets were subpar. What little chicken could be tasted through the batter had a consistency similar to that of paper. Worse still, they got the sauce order completely wrong. The fries had a stale consistency to them, like they'd been sitting under the heat lamps for an extended period of time. The ramyeon seasoning for the shaker fries only made it marginally more palatable. My sister felt that the cards within the packages were duplicates and asked the clerk if he could swap one of them out, since she hadn't opened the packs. His manager okayed it, and what does he do? Swap it out for the card in his hand, which is ALSO a duplicate of the exact same card. Overall, one of my worse experiences at McDonald's. You could not pay me to come back to this branch, even if you tore the store completely down and built it back up from the foundation with a new look, new team, new business practices, new food, and new promos. Oh, and the bathrooms were closed for maintenance and they didn't even have the decency to put up a sign for it until I tried pushing the door a few times. So thanks for that.

  I normally love this place to death but today I was told to hand my phone to the cashier at the second window due to my payment not going through where my phone was held for way too long and I was ask to set my phone to pay again, it extremely comfortable and unsafe , don’t hand them your phone and complain if they try to force it or make an excuse.
