- HHHeatherMar 16, 20263.03 stars because they tried. I walked in for the first time. I used the self order screen which was pretty easy to use. A few young kids were working and a lady managing. It seemed a little unorganized to the point I wasn't sure what my smoothie would taste like. My gut was right, it was terrible. Watered down like it had been sitting there for hours even though it was handed to me. The establishment wasn't very inviting. It's too bad because Jamba is usually pretty good. Staff may need some training. Place needs a face-lift.
