- BFBumper 2 FenderApr 4, 20261.0April 4, 2026 Absolutely unacceptable experience at Jamba. I walked in with my two daughters and we were completely ignored. Around ten people came in after us and were helped first while we stood there waiting like we didn’t exist. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. Honestly, the way we were treated made me feel like this was more than just bad service. As a person of color, and with my two daughters being Latina, it felt discriminatory. It felt like we were being overlooked on purpose. It made all of us very uncomfortable. When we finally got our order, it was a complete joke. The empanadas were cold — not warm, not fresh, but straight up cold like they had been sitting there for who knows how long. I paid $14 for two cold empanadas. That’s ridiculous. To make it worse, my daughters’ drinks were already melting and watery, like they were poorly made or sitting out before being served. As a business owner myself, I have never in my life seen employees damage the reputation of someone else’s business the way the staff working there did. The way those employees handled customers is exactly how you lose business and destroy a brand. This is not just bad service — it felt disrespectful, careless, and unacceptable. You’re charging premium prices but delivering low-quality food and treating customers poorly. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Arrived there employee at counter checked with Co worker informed no longer carrying that product . disappointing called Jamba in Bascom location by Hamilton over the phone employee said they can make matcha green tea blast. will see next excursion. no reason to return to the plant Jamba .
