- AOAlex OrellAug 19, 20251.0After I placed my order on the kiosk, I then went up to the guy in the front (Asian man, 20-22 years old) to ask if they could add extra chocolate base. He then proceeded to not respond to me and looked at me with a disgusted face without even responding to my question. I then proceeded to say “is that possible, because I worked at a Jamba Juice before and I believe I know a thing or two about Jamba!”. He then proceeded to ignore me and walked away towards the back. I found it extremely rude that I was the only customer in store and this is how I am treated?! I have worked at Jamba Juice myself and never treated any customers like I was yesterday. If these associates do not want to work at Jamba, they should simply quit. Nobody forced them to go on INDEED OR LINKED IN AND APPLY FOR A JOB THEY HATE.

The store closes at 8 PM and we got there quickly at 7:45, only to find a handwritten closed sign on the door. We walked inside and the girl at the front explained to us rudely that they could not help us as they had closed at 7:30 today, due to being “understaffed”. There were three employees there doing nothing. 3-4 people came after us and were told the same thing.
