Really good food. Everything was bang on. We ordered:
California Noodles - must try, it's spicy and flavorful
Manchurian Gravy - 4/5 tasted little ketchupy and manchurian were soggy but went well together overall
Fried momos - the filling was really good and the schezwan chutney was fire.
Daal and nan - it was a different style maybe nepali as was little sweet but tasted really good.
What a treat! On a business trip, random find on my way to hotel. Sooo good. Had the Malai Kotfa, Garlic Naan and veg momo dumpling. The flavor is extraordinary. Best Indian food i have had on the west coast. The atmosphere is sweet, inviting. Service was perfect, just kind people that know how to make perfect food. Thank you.
We were here at Everest Cuisine today, and we really had a wonderful experience. We started of with Fry Momo, Chicken Chilli Momo and Titanic Jhol momo, there momo were really juicy and full with flavors. The mix chicken chowmein was really amazing which I was craving for sincelong time. Service and ambience was great. Clean Restroom. Have parking space for customers.

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared as I was craving Indian vegetarian. Walking into Everest Cuisine truly felt like a breath of fresh air. I was able to snag a table to dine in and was greeted warmly by the staff, who even offered complimentary crackers to start. The music had tribal roots, and the atmosphere was decorated with flags from many countries, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment to enjoy a meal.
I ordered the Yellow Dal Tadka, and it was heavenly. The spice level was perfect (I asked for no spice), and the basmati rice paired wonderfully with it. I also had masala tea and garlic naan, which made the meal even better. Everything was so good—amazing and excellent from start to finish.
I’m really looking forward to coming back again. Dining here truly feels like stepping into Nepal itself.
I recently visited Everest Cuisine San Jose restaurant and had an amazing dining experience. Every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully prepared.
The Chicken Tikka Masala was outstanding rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced with tender pieces of chicken that melted in the mouth. The Tandoori Lamb Chops were another highlight, it’s smoky, juicy, and incredibly flavorful with just the right char from the tandoor.
The naan was fresh, soft, and perfect for soaking up the delicious sauces. We also ordered the Chicken 65 Biryani, which had a wonderful balance of spices and aroma, with the crispy, flavorful chicken adding a unique twist to the classic biryani.
To start, we had the Samosa Chaat, and it was absolutely delicious, crispy samosas topped with tangy chutneys, yogurt, and spices that created a perfect mix of textures and flavors.
Overall, the food was authentic, satisfying, and clearly made with care. If you enjoy Indian cuisine, this place is definitely worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes.
