When I told her I am picking up an order she just brings it out and point to it, not one single word spoken. The whole time she was listening to something through her phone speakers... Definitely did not show any grateful or care to the customer.

They were extremely rude and messed up my order—giving me ranch when I specifically asked for blue cheese—and when I went to get it corrected, they took the used ranch and put it back in the fridge, which makes me question where my food has been. On top of that, they rolled their eyes throughout the entire process. There was also no ice in the machine. Definitely worth leaving a review about this experience.

- FFFlowwMay 18, 20231.0All of the fat with none of the flavors. Decided to try them out because of a BOGO fried chicken sandwich promotion. The chicken was half breading, had two thin pickles on it, and was somehow soft and mushy straight out of the fryer. I'm not sure how a place that specializes in fried chicken can mess it up this badly. Not worth even the promotional half price. I also got fries and requested them extra crispy, and they visibly drooped like spaghetti when I picked them up. I've had leftover microwaved fries that were crispier, which was astounding because I saw them actually cook these in a deep fryer. For a place that has such a small menu, they sure don't know how to make any of it. Service was pretty decent for fast food, though they for some reason have no trash cans, so I needed to use the public trash outside. I would recommend this place to people who want the memory of fried chicken but can only eat soft food due to medical issues.
