  Went with 3 families. I had previous experience at one in Atlanta via my employer for 2025 year end party. Good place to have fun, physical activity of golf swings, good bites. Ms Amara was serving our #337 lot - attentive and regularly checking. Appreciate that. We ordered Cheese bites - boy they are addictive and you won't say 'No'. Nachos were ok. Plan and have some good fun, exercise at same time.

  Went with my fiends front desk had the best service shout out to Malei helped us reserve a spot. Great for groups, even if you're not a golfer. Food and drinks are solid, and the games are fun and easy to pick up. It can get pricey, but for a unique and social experience, it's worth checking out. We would be visiting Top Golf again for sure!!!

  Yesterday Saturday December 6th, we celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday with her five friends at Topgolf from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. This was intended to be a fun and memorable experience; however, it unfortunately turned into a disappointing one. Our reservation time was 5:45 PM, and we received a text directing us to Bay 114. We had requested a second- or third-floor bay, as the children prefer those levels. We were informed that availability on those floors would require waiting until approximately 6:30 PM, which would have shortened our reserved time. We therefore agreed to proceed with a first-floor bay if needed. After waiting around 15 minutes, we were reassigned to a second-floor bay (Bay 240) at approximately 6:00 PM. We began playing around 6:10 PM, at which point the system displayed only 96 minutes of remaining time instead of the full 120 minutes we had booked. We immediately brought this to the attention of the manager, who assured us the issue would be corrected. One of the staff members attempted to fix the problem by adding 30 minutes; however, the system repeatedly malfunctioned. Scores disappeared, the game paused multiple times, and play was constantly interrupted. Despite several attempts by both staff and management to resolve the issue and extend our time, the disruptions continued. Ultimately, we paid approximately $120 for less than 90 minutes of interrupted play. The experience was frustrating, and my daughter and her friends were so disappointed that they chose to leave before the session ended.

  (PLEASE READ!) DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE, DO NOT BRING FAMILY HERE, DO NOT PLAN BIRTHDAYS HERE. I never write reviews, and frankly, with how hostile the staff was towards us I am afraid of using my gmail account. We were here for an 18th birthday for a friend. All of us were 18 but one. He was 17. Once we sat down this blond lady (I think her name was steff) was already sort of hostile talking to us. Its whatever, its a Friday night, she's tired and she's working, its understandable but she then gives a little attitude. You see we had brought gifts for our friends but they were still in black bags from the store we had brought it from. We showed her that the bags didn't even have food or anything just items.... I think this rubbed her off the wrong way or something? She then told us we had 5 minutes to get an adult over before we would be kicked out. She knew what she was doing, it would have been impossible for us to get an adult within that time frame, so I asked, can it be any adult? She stated as long as they are 21 and they agree to watch over us and so, we went to this family/friends get together next to us and explained the situation. They agreed, since they were once again right next to us to cover us, and they were super nice. They came over and said they would cover for us no problem, where then we were told that not only "911" was called on us (She didn't? I think she was trying scare us) and that security was coming. The couple got no explanation and were told to leave. My friend who was 17, prior to all of this had also stated that he could just leave, since he was the only one that was 17, which was the whole problem in the first place. Steff said no, which made zero sense? If the whole issue was that we had a 17 yr old with us, and he offers to leave... then what's the problem at that point? At this point we go downstairs and ask for a refund, were we are told, "WE CAN NOT DO THAT FOR YOU". Some of us had just arrived and had not even sat down yet. Security is trying to get us out while my friend states, we need a refund, this is unfair? They tell us to come back another time. This would not have been a issue except, steff had stated that "You are all banned from this location". In sort, if we had left at the moment, we would not have been allowed in and we would not be allowed to get a refund that we had to "come back for". We argued and they then said, we will give you a refund in 7-10 business days. (the refund was upwards of $300 making the wait time kinda of crazy). I truly have never been treated like this before. I am for a loss of words. Its one thing to kick people out, but there were multiple points in this story were the situation was or could have been resolved. They just wanted us out though?
