    Had such a great time at Topgolf! The atmosphere was super fun, and the employees were friendly, lively, and made the experience even better. Shout out to Swasti for a great time. Definitely recommending it again to friends — can’t wait to go back!

    Don't even feel like rating. Today we had visited this branch to celebrate our daughter's birthday but got disappointed. The attendant was I don't know busy with someone else may be they tip more. But this is not done. We had to literally keep asking help. It was someone else came and helped us but then what is the use of even booking a bay and being asked to move since it was booked by someone else after say an hour. So totally disappointed very bad service very bad. Don't even feel like recommending this branch to anyone not would like to even come back again.

    We had a really frustrating experience today. We joined the waitlist and were quoted 1.5 hours, then arrived at the estimated arrival time shown, only to be told that the estimate is not real-time and doesn’t update accurately. After driving a significant distance with small kids, we were informed the actual wait was TWO additional hours. At that point, the estimate felt misleading and set us up for a situation that was unrealistic for a family. To the manager’s credit, after explaining our situation, they were able to seat us in about 36 minutes, which we appreciated. However, the issues didn’t stop there. We ordered pretzels that never arrived, were told after being seated that the kids club was out of inventory, so our kids couldn’t participate during much of our already short visit, and when the bill came, we were charged twice for the bay. I had to point out the error to have it corrected.

    We walked and joined the waitlist and the lady in the front desk was very rude, not showing any signs of hospitality. We waited for 1 hour and when we went back to check, she just cut us off by saying that we can't expect to be allowed for atleast another hour. We were very unhappy that our Sunday plans got ruined and left the place. And then we are getting notification that our bay is ready within 10 mins of leaving. She could have atleast politely said that things might change. I don't understand how she was allowed to be in the frontdesk. Top golf must take efforts to not put such people in thefront desk

    I recently visited the Topgolf San Jose location with a reservation, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were assigned a bay on the far left side near the corner. We politely requested a reassignment, but the front desk staff told us that bay assignments are system-generated and they couldn’t help. They mentioned that if we wanted a bay of our choice, we would need to wait 45 minutes to an hour. We agreed to wait and were informed that our existing reservation would be charged and canceled, which we accepted. After waiting for a long time, we were reassigned to a bay on the right-side corner, which was actually worse than the original bay we were given. At that point, we expressed our frustration and mentioned that this was poor customer service. However, since we didn’t want to waste more time and spoil our plans with friends, we reluctantly proceeded to play. The most frustrating part of the entire experience was the lack of efficiency and communication at the front desk. Every time we spoke to the staff member, he had to go inside to speak with someone else and then come back after several minutes. These repeated back-and-forth conversations alone took over 15 minutes, adding to the overall frustration. This experience felt disorganized, time-consuming, and not customer-friendly at all. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I don’t see myself returning to this location.
