We’ve noticed with multiple San Jose locations is a consistent staleness in Mexican pizza tostada shell. We usually don’t say anything. But this time, in addition to the staleness, there was a foul smell. Our first bite, we spat it out. It was noticeably spoiled. Trying the ingredients individually, it was the spoilt cheese. The dryness of the beans and the staleness of the shell only added to the disgust we all felt eating it. We had to throw them away.

I came in an Uber that was waiting to take me to my final destination. Waiting longer than 5 minutes costs the rider more money. Not Uber's fault, just their policy.

If your service is poor try making up for it with outstanding food. Unfortunately food quality chicken was under cooked and could get someone sick. I tried calling to let them know I was placing a big order for the hospital but doing a $200 order wasn’t a big deal and more annoying to your staff because they had to cook it. So why would people come back to this location and not go to Popeyes, Canes, or Jollibee instead?
- XXxasterq0Oct 1, 20251.0i usually go here cuz i work so close. but i went tonight and i ordered 2 chicken chalupa’s and i said no sour cream on them. and i also ordered 4 of the cinnamon delights. once i got my order and went home, the chalupas had sour cream. the taco that came w the chalupas were soggy. and there was only 2 of the cinnamon delights and they were dead cold like they didn’t even put it in the whatever the heck they put it in. i was hoping better from them this time around… in the pic it looks like straight dough
