I asked for some hot sauce. The drive-thru person said you didn't order sauce on my order. I said, that's why I'm asking for it now. (Not sure why this was an issue) She said everything was in the pak. I got on the freeway to go out of town and the 2 Chicken Soft Tacos were missing. Days later when I got back into town, I tried to call them. It's a fax number. Although it was only $6.79 I was out, it made me angry that the cashier was oddly questioning me and they got away with not giving me what I paid for. Listing a fax number online so you don't have to answer calls is a slick new one on getting out of dealing with complaints!
