  Very poor customer experience.. the lady was sighing for every topping and sauce I told her to add .. and was reluctant to make the second sandwich saying that I should have ordered both at once and it’s an extra effort to make it now .. why are such people in restaurant business ?

  Got coupons in mail yesterday so I stopped at this location earlier today. The lady told me her system didn't show neither of my 2 coupons. I left and went to the one on De Anza and they took it. I guess I'll never return to this location again.

  Friendly and clean. Not too crowded. Losses stars because of 2 issues. One in three is a trainee and does not know what it means to serve very little sauce, or extra pickle. Second, one of them accused us of using someone else's prepaid subway card and threatened that she would watch the video recording and refusing to use it, She kept the card. When I offered to wait until she watches it she mumbled in a language that we don't understand and charged the card. Wierd! We still go there because it's the closest one.
