  Let me say that this is by far the worst subway I have ever been to. I will never come back and I definitely recommend ,you guys beware this business. To make a long story short I placed an online order went to pick it up. Order wasn’t ready. The lady that was working there which she was the only one told me my order was not ready that she was working on. It sat there, waited for my order as she was making it then I realize she’s taking a long time and she tells me (can’t complete your order our oven is broken and I tell her) but I told her you knew that when you started making my order that my order said toasted you should’ve told me that moment not make me wait and start making the sandwich. She then mugs me and starts yelling (SO!!!!! what do you want me to do about it cancel your order online. ) I said it doesn’t let me cancel it because it already processed. You have to void it or cancel it yourself. She then very rudely shouts. I’m not going to cancel your order. You don’t want your sandwich. That’s not my problem. I’m not canceling your order you can leave. I asked her numerous times very nicely for her name for her manager‘s name just so I can get a refund or for them to cancel my order. All she just was yelling and telling me she was not going to cancel my order and that it wasn’t her problem that she didn’t know how to cancel the order. This lady should not be working there.Please avoid this business. no one should have to go through this. forgot to mention that looked at other reviews from the same location and seems that rudeness from the employees is a constant problem at this location the owner at this location really needs to do something about this because there is a big problem with the employees being very rude to customers and having attitude.

  Staff here suck to be honest. Super slow and gave me and eye roll and huffed when I asked for extra black olives

  I'm not sure subway even cares about this review but we come to this subway often since it's close to us and notice the same lady always makes our sandwiches. For some reason she is always upset slamming stuff down, huffing and puffing, and rolls our sandwiches all messy as if it's hella busy. There's never anyone in there so I don't understand the attitude when we come order our 2 sandwiches. In addition to the service we get, we can never use our coupons on our account. They seem to use a language barrier as not understanding we have a free sandwich or a discounted sandwich.. it's really strange. Today, which is why I'm writing this really drew the line for us and we unfortunately won't be coming back. The lady was all mad we were trying to use our free sandwich and said "well it doesn't work" - it never seems to work. I never leave long reviews or even bad ones ever but this location is just ridiculous! Sorry to bother the workers by ordering a sandwich!
