- ABAlexis BOct 14, 20251.0I went to Subway and had a terrible experience with an employee named Brandon. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and argumentative the entire time. He kept rolling his eyes and had a very unpleasant attitude. On top of that, I was overcharged for my order, and instead of fixing the mistake calmly, he got upset about it. I come to Subway often and usually have great service, but Brandon’s demeanor and attitude were just nasty and completely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

They skimp out on the meat, they’re terrible at constructing the sandwiches the bread is stale and dry and there’s always something wrong with either the bathroom or their POS system.
