Stopped by this Subway recently, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. The staff seemed to lack passion, service felt rushed and not particularly friendly.
It’s a convenient location, but I hope the service can be improved.

Yesterday, my son, who was coming from Morgan Hill, bought me food at this location around 7 p.m., since I had been helping my daughter move since early in the morning. He kindly brought me a sandwich supposedly of turkey and chicken.
On the first bite, I tasted something very unpleasant, like soap. I thought maybe it was just me, since I hadn’t eaten all day, but after the second and third bite, the flavor was unbearable and I had to stop eating. I called my son to confirm when he had bought it, and it had only been about 20–25 minutes earlier.
I immediately called the store to explain my experience. The employee who answered was offended and rude, instead of trying to resolve the issue. She made me feel as if it was my fault that the food wasn’t in good condition. After arguing for a few minutes, she told me to speak with the owner the next day, adding that she wouldn’t be back until Friday so I couldn’t complain to her directly. Then she hung up on me.
Today I went to the store to talk to the owner. The employees on shift said that no one spoke Spanish and that I would need a translator. I showed them the sandwich, and even the employees refused to keep smelling it because it had such a foul odor. I explained that I hadn’t eaten the previous night because of this situation.
Finally, the owner arrived with a young man who did speak Spanish. I explained what happened and, after he spoke with my daughter on the phone, the “solution” they offered was to refund me the price of the sandwich—but only on the condition that I never return to that Subway again. I felt threatened not only by the owner but also by the employees.
I don’t think it’s fair that, on top of serving spoiled food, they get offended when someone complains, and then ban you from coming back. I told them I wouldn’t return even if they gave me free food for life. I took my refund and left.
Honestly, I would rather go hungry than return to this Subway. Not only because of the poor quality of the food, but also because of the terrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend you choose another place to eat.

The worst sandwich I've ever seen prepared. Terrible service. The girl took my order for two breakfasts and the eggs were completely cold, horribly prepared. I would never go back. They need training and do their job with pleasure.
