    Very unpleasant experience at this Subway. I had seen reviews about rude staff before, and unfortunately experienced it myself. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was exceptionally poor. Customers using Subway coupons are treated differently, even though coupons are issued by Subway itself. Staff claimed the register “does not take coupons” and refused to even try. When questioned again, employees spoke among themselves in Spanish and ignored me. Ingredients were extremely limited (only a few pieces of veggies on a footlong), and asking for one extra piece was met with attitude. A mistake was made on my order, and instead of fixing it politely, the staff blamed me. When I asked them to be polite, I was told I could leave. I stayed only to avoid wasting food, but I will never return. Not expecting luxury service—just basic respect, which was completely missing here.

    I really can't speak for the food, but the woman who was working at 7:10 on February 3rd, 2026 was incredibly rude. So much so that I left without even ordering. I usually love Subwaybso I was really disappointed. I started to order my sandwich and before I could finish my sentence, she asked me which kind of bread. I was looking around for the bread selection and asked about the options, she said something about white and "cheese" bread. I started to ask about wheat she sharply interrupted me and said "no. Just listen." That's when I said " I'm good" and walked out. I've done customer service for 30 years and I've never seen this kind of unprofessionalism from a grown woman. The whole vibe from the second I walked in was "get out." Not a problem. I won't be back.

    Yesterday after a tiring day we went to this location to pick up dinner. We have been to many subway restaurants all over the country and have never gone home with anything like this. Usually subway sandwiches are bursting with ingredients but this one was at least half the size of other sandwiches. Bread was barely toasted. Our steak sandwich had very little meat, sauce, veggies. When we asked to add more material they said “not possible”. They didn’t accept our coupons and we paid full price for poor quality sandwiches. Our visit to this location was very disappointing. Hungry and unhappy customer

    This is the worst Subway location I’ve ever visited. I wasn’t a big fan of Subway to begin with, but this branch was particularly bad. The sandwich they made for me was incredibly thin and tasted awful. I will never come back to this location.
