With so many registers theres only ever 1 or 2 open (with alcohol can't self check out). And there's been about 5 times now that the customer service desk is closed. Yea, great customer service there. The c.s.desk should be open the entirety of the stores hours, or what's the point at all. Oh, and the customers themselves ....I love how they just stand there letting the grocery pile up when they can clearly be considerate , keep it moving along and start bagging your shit. So, then the cashier once done has to bag and takes aaaaaalllllll the time in the world. This is definitely the Safeway of zombies.

Everything is a lot more expensive than it should be, and you can go into a Trader Joe’s or Target nearby that are a lot cheaper and have almost as much selection. And then on top of that, the store is also understaffed so the service quality isn’t great. It’s the middle of the day, and there’s a giant line at the one register that’s open, and nobody is staffing guest services. The shelves are well stocked though.
