I'm an old man and I have never been in a grocery store out of whole milk! To make matters worse the service desk is rarely manned. They purport to provide many services, but when you go to the store there is no one there. No money orders, no lottery payouts, etc. In my case, no rain checks. It's like a bait and switch!
