- DIDenis Isaev6 days ago1.0Today at the store, one of the managers, a woman named Justin, chose to work a regular register instead of opening the self-checkout. Because of that, two huge lines formed, even though most customers had only 3–4 items. It was an unnecessary decision that wasted everyone’s time — the whole point of self-checkout is to reduce the wait, not make it worse. When I asked her about it, she said she wasn’t going to deal with the situation and told me to call the manager the next day and complain to him instead. Completely unprofessional. What makes this even more frustrating is that this isn’t the first time something like this happens. This is the only store in the area, and people have no alternative — they end up standing in long lines simply because there is nowhere else to go. Management really needs to address this recurring issue.

When purchases include alcohol or unbarcoded items the single checker there was left trying to handle too many customers. Mistakes were made, including overcharging customers. Long delays and multiple charges for the same items make it really unappealing to continue using this store.
