The downside is the employees are just barely doing their job. The tables are a little dirty, there is no friendliness at all. The tablets for placing orders are facing away from the counter where the employees are. It's just all around an unwelcoming experience. The outdoor patio is nice during good weather.

Picked it up and brought it home to found the grilled cheese sandwich to be totally burnt and one of the french onion soup was the wrong size (cup instead of bowl). I drove back to ask for a refund for those items. Despite the fact that there was barely anyone in line, I waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me. Even though I only asked for a refund for the grilled cheese and french onion soup, the manager (guy in red uniform) offered a full refund and some baked goods. I was initially pleased by this effort to make up for their initial mistakes, but over two weeks now, no refunds have been processed. Now, they have even messed up on their effort to even make up for the initial mistakes. The whole ordeal took about 1 hour. Wasted my time and money. It was a very disappointing experience.
