Will not return. Customer service is horrible. No greeting. No smile. Not welcoming people work here.
Why do your workers look so angry?

It’s okay. Bagels are more like a big bialy than a bagel, very airy not dense like a NY bagel. And disappointed that cream cheese comes from a factory with emulsifiers and canned vegetables instead of being made fresh. If you come in thinking of it as the McDonald’s of bagels, you won’t be disappointed.

We love this bagel shop! From the chorizo Swiss sandwiches to the ham and double egg as well as the spinach bagel (that one you might want to ask for extra toasting) we come back again and again. If we want at least 3 going up to the half dozen special is a great option and the staff here is warm and welcoming. It's super fun meeting up with friends, either going together or randomly seeing people we know! We'll be back soon.

Hard to believe that a modern coffee shop would have no plant milk options at all. What about the lactose intolerant customers?

When there is a House of Bagels across the street, why would you come into this place. The workers all seem to have an attitude as if your presence bothers them. I understand that it gets busy and it might be stressful, but that is not an excuse to be rude to your customers. The bagel was decent but again you have another bagel place that is locally owned and taste better in my opinion
