I visit this restaurant regularly, and it continues to impress. The highlight is without question the beef ramen, which is among the best I’ve ever had. The broth has a deep, rich flavor developed through 14–16 hours of slow cooking, and the beef is exceptionally tender with outstanding umami. They also offer a special spice you can add to the ramen, which enhances the dish with an additional layer of umami.
The hot oil fish carpaccio and spicy wontons are also exceptional—both dishes are incredibly flavorful and expertly prepared, with a depth of taste that truly stands out.
Their bar features an excellent selection of drinks, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, this restaurant delivers an outstanding dining experience and is well worth visiting.

The ambiance and decor are fantastic, and I appreciate that the employees pay attention to details. They were happy to accommodate my request to switch the salmon for yellowtail in one of the dishes.
However, I would not return for the food. We ordered the Carpaccio, Chicken Karaage, Duck Tacos, All Star Ramen, and Edamame.
Carpaccio and Ramen: Both were unnecessarily oily, which unfortunately overpowered the flavor and ruined my taste.
Chicken Karaage: This was just okay. While crunchy, the exterior was a bit too hard. The flavor was good, but honestly, I've had better juicy popcorn chicken at local milk tea shops.
Duck Tacos: 5/5. I highly recommend these! I loved the harmony of flavor and texture.
Edamame: Too salty and unremarkable. We only ordered it because we were craving a vegetable dish.

I’m sorry… I will be honest. This was the worst ramen and sushi I’ve had. The tan tan ramen noodles were all congealed and clumped together as if it was frozen then thrown back into the soup. The side of spicy tuna roll was a tuna roll with Sriracha mayo dollops on top. The tuna itself was gray….I expected more from this restaurant
