We were served water after that no one came to take order. We have waited more than 25 mins before we finally left the restaurant. They were hardly busy.

Bad experience.
I came here alone on New Year’s evening and had a very disappointing visit. The restaurant wasn’t busy—maybe one‑third of the tables were filled. Two people arrived before me and were seated after a short wait, which was perfectly fine. But a few minutes later, another two people walked in and were seated immediately, while I was still completely ignored.
I stood there with no greeting and no acknowledgment at all. A server was standing nearby doing nothing, so I finally made eye contact. When I asked why people who arrived after me were being seated first, she replied indifferently, “We can seat you now,” as if nothing was wrong.
At that point I was frustrated and left. Being ignored like that, especially as a solo diner, felt disrespectful and unwelcoming.

The food was honestly mid, but I left a credit card there after paying the bill. We picked it up from the restaurant a few days later.
Lo and behold, I see suspicious charges on my statement from that date. One was for $500 at a steak vendor in Chicago, another for $150 at an ihop in south san jose. I’m pretty sure my card number got skimmed. Diners beware!

I have some higher expectations because it has an Iron chief name and the price. All material seems not able to mix into this Ramen. You have a Star Ramen including everything but nothing draws my appetite. What if the Ramen presents during the Iron Chief competition........
