I got this very rude employee she was at the first window were you pay she had glasses, messy braids. The service that she gave to us was not a welcoming place to go at. This happened at 11:21am on 11/12.

This is especially frustrating since you realize when you get home and they don't offer solutions. They say come back to deal with it and fix it which is not helpful when you are already gone and home. They'll do everything possible to avoid refunding you.

- JGJessica GarciaSep 25, 20255.0This is the closest McDonald to my house and at times I will dine in or go through the drive thru but every time I do the guy who works in the evening I believe his name is Henry and is one of the manager is always very kind and always has a smile he’s taken my order before when me and my family has dined in you don’t get a lot of good customer service but this is one of the reasons why I continue to come back.
