Declined a receipt at the first window then when we got to the second window where I thought I would get my sprite but DIDN’T, and then they ask for a receipt which we declined at the first window and on top of that there was no receipt on the bag which there usually is. In the end we left because we were pissed off and they told us we would have to repay which is BS.
