The ladies who work are very nice, pretty, and efficient. It can get busy but nothing they can’t handle. Took the joy out of my small monopoly freebie. I think it was intentional to discourage people from getting the rewards there. They did not lose a large customer in me but I won't be getting my McDonald's fries or soft serve cone any time soon again, anywhere. This is so disgusting -- they wasted 20 minutes of my time until I gave up, for $2 of fries. Corporate is either letting this happen or ineffective at maintaining standards at their franchises. The place is clean though.
