  Amazing experience on Christmas Eve! The team went above and beyond to serve us Happy Meals right at the last minute. We were so excited to find the limited edition Disney 70th Anniversary Mickey and Castle toy—a rare find that made our night! The drinks were excellent too, very fresh and crisp. Highly recommend this location for their great service and quality. Thank you for making our holiday!

  Hi 👋 , I just got out of doctor office after just getting medicine 💊. I wanted to eat Mc Donald’s and like said this place was normal . The food okay but I felt so disgusted 🤮 just getting disrespected after this guy called my number and look at me like I’m trash or like nothing. He called my number and started laughing . My order wasn’t wrong i appreciate it . But the behavior and that guy attitude needs a lot of work . Just saying it personally rude I don’t call it funny.

  This McDonald's is in a rough neighborhood, hence no soda machines because some people might not pay and could stay all day for the soda refills. I was in this part of town and needed to use the bathroom. Similar to many other McDonald's, the bathroom is electronically locked even though locks are not visible to the outside. As I walked up to the register to ask them to unlock the door, I saw a customer paying for a $0.59 coffee in coins in a bag that he just handed to the cashier. The cashier lady showed so much restraint by picking out the handful of coins needed and then returned the bag. While waiting in line, I noticed that they only allow the recent Monopoly food redemption every 2 hours instead of the official every 15 minutes in the app. This is clearly because people would line up and redeem a bunch of food every 15 minutes since you could get hundreds of free food in the app if you did the free entry constantly. Also the food expires in two days so if they had a lot of free food left to redeem, I can see them going bonkers. I personally have never done that because even waiting 15 minutes for an item seems way too long and not "worth" it but I can see the logic behind doing that. Anyways, when I asked for it, the lady unlocked the bathroom door for me and I was in. The bathroom was clean but the toilet was filthy with leftover. To me this means that they usually keep it pretty clean but the previous person didn't do a good job of cleaning after themselves. I cleaned and flushed multiple times to get it into an usable state. When I was done, the potential root cause dawned on me. First, I noticed that there was no auto-flush and one has to hold the lever down for a full force flush. Depressing the lever and then releasing resulted in a light flush that did not provide sufficient water to flush the content down and/or dialodge any remnants from the toilet inner walls. As I was leaving, there was already a lady waiting outside to clean the bathroom so I can imagine how often they have to clean it in order to keep it clean. Great job McDonald's. Based on the other reviews, food seems like a miss more often than a hit. I would recommend checking your food carefully before leaving.
