There have been a few times where they gave me a regular soda when I asked for a diet, which is why I rated a 4. Other than that small inconvenience, everything else has been lovely. The staff is always nice, food is always good. Thank you :)

At the very least it’s a solid majority of our orders that get messed up (just yesterday we ordered a large fry and received a medium, for example). Given how insanely expensive McDonald’s is now, it really shouldn’t be acceptable to get so many orders wrong.
