Papers and pee all over the floor. ----------------------------------- A year ago, I would have given this McDonald’s location five stars. Today, I’m giving it one star NOT because of the food or the service, but because of cleanliness. The restrooms are consistently in very poor condition. Despite requiring a long access code to enter, the bathrooms are still extremely dirty, which shows a lack of proper maintenance by staff. It’s frustrating for customers to need an access code longer than a debit card number just to enter a restroom that is unpleasant and unsanitary. This has happened on multiple visits; I simply hadn’t taken the time to comment until now. To make matters worse, the restroom code printed on the receipt is often incorrect and has been that way for a long time. Overall, this is a disappointing experience that needs to be addressed. ----------------- In response to McDonald's Owner herein he saying he needs additional information. I am reviewing your store in details and with a video nothing else to discuss besides you keep your restaurant clean and sanitary
