    i came here twice this week. service was great both times but the first, my bun was stale/hard. the second, my burger came with ketchup even though i asked for it plain

    App had options they didn’t serve at the restaurant, they didn’t give me all of my sauces, and one of my chicken nuggets was the size of my index fingernail. Very dissatisfied

    Legit the worst service. Drive through had a crap attitude. Fries are stale. Burgers smashed looks like someone sat on them. No ice in the drinks and the lemonade tastes off.

    I placed and paid for a breakfast online order at 10:21 AM. The app didn’t warn me that it wouldn’t be honored after 10:30 AM. I understand breakfast ends at 10:30, but the restaurant is open 24 hours, so this wasn’t a closing issue. I drove about 8 minutes and arrived at 10:31 AM for pickup. The drive-thru employee refused to give me the food because I was “one minute late,” even though the order was placed and paid before 10:30. That doesn’t make sense—either the food was already made (and wasted), or it wasn’t made and I was still denied a paid order. He also said it was refunded, but it wasn’t at the time, and he didn’t provide a receipt or any refund confirmation. I only saw a cancellation/refund code later (around 11:00 AM) after I canceled the order myself. Please explain why a paid online order placed before 10:30 was refused, and confirm the refund status. Also, as someone who works in food service, it’s genuinely frustrating to see time and energy wasted when it would have been much easier to simply hand me the order.
