Food is okay but I hate how they staff makes stupid decisions like making you pull up to the pick parking spots. They literally filled all 6 spots and those compact that someone ended up scratching my car next to an suv. Theres no need for that to tell us to park there if it's going to take 2-4 minutes. Workers don't even go to the right car bringing food. What makes it worse is people waiting are yelling at each other. I don't want to be inches away literally in compact spots listening to boyfriend/girlfriends fighting. If it's going to take time to make the food then it doesn't make a difference waiting in the drive thru. Some people who came after us, got their food right away while we waited 10-15 minutes. Stop with this silly absurd parking thing. Those spots are supposed to be food delivery spots for door dash/uber eats not for them to use it that way. I'm pissed I have to take out a claim now for the other driver scratching my car!

Random people are parking in the pick up numbers to steal other people's orders!
And the staff doesn't do anything. I had an order they asked me to park in number 1 and they'll bring it out. Some car was already there so I had to park on the side. I had a car full of kids in the rain so I had to stay in the car. The employee disregarded me calling out to him, walked to the car in the parking spot 1, and was about to give them our food. I had to yell over at him to tell him we were number 5. Omg!

I bought a 10 piece meal for my daughter the cashier forgot the fries and wanted argue that didn't tell I want a meal so I had to pay for the fries separately. I was tired I spent a long time in traffic I didn't want to argue but that was ridiculous very bad service everyone there is short with you and seems unhappy. I had a bad experience to say the least

Worst McDonald’s location in San Jose , working managers will see you standing there waiting and will not even give you the time of day , staff is decent they are more attentive than managers working on the floor. Fries are always short , you pay for medium they don’t even fill it up halfway , you pay for large you get a medium size portion in a large cup. There definitely needs to be some changes at this McDonald’s starting with rude managers
