  I ordered Big Mac combo with a side of medium fries the lady with black jacket in drive thru was picking her ears did not washed hands after she didn’t say a word to me just handed my drink and food and closed the window Also They packed my Big Mac in the original box not Monopoly box when game is still going and the fries were old soggy and overly salty

  My goal was to get the Halloween Buckets for my children. Instead of giving me the bucket they gave me the minion toys and said they’re out of buckets, but then I saw a lady filling a bucket with Happy Meal food. I asked them why is she holding the bucket and they said it was “The Last One.” Later I found out they forgot to give us our drinks so I went to the restaurant to get my drinks and guess what? They are filling another two buckets for other customers. I asked them again how come they wouldn’t give me a bucket they said it was “THE LAST ONE.” So even though I ordered first but they refused to give me the buckets and proceed to give other customers the buckets at least 3 “LAST ONE.” I don’t get it. Will never go to this location again. If you’re wondering if they’re hating on me for a reason, this is my first time ordering from drive thru and I don’t know them.

  I think he ordered McDouble meal (comes with nuggets too) & Big Mac meal. My bf thought that the Big Mac meal was 9 dollars ( but he want large coke) so the guy end up charge 11 something. We thought the Big Mac meal was 9 dollars. Anyhow, I would not have complained if the fries were hot, but they were not very hot. We got charged 19 something for lukewarm fries. I had suggested we go Jack in the Box ( the fries are hot 95 percent of time at Jack in the Box) but this one Fri night the cashier got mix up on how to charge for their new 7 dollar & 9 dollar meal at JackBox so that is why bf suggested McDonalds. I can understand why employee made mistake as there was line at McDonalds but bf did bring it to his attention he wanted the 9 dollar meal. Anyhow, I guess they are no longer doing the 9 dollar Big Mac meal ( or you can no longer get large drink without upcharge?) so just go Jack in box for less of a line & hot fries.
