  I made an order at 3 pm for curbside delivery. My order came out nearly half an hour later. This is the slowest delivery and most disappointed I’ve been that I had to put up a review. Meanwhile 4 other customers parked besides me gave up and went in to pick up their orders? It feels like the employees are just too lazy to bring them out. If a customer makes an order for curbside delivery, doesn’t that mean they are obligated to have their order delivered… at the curbside? People shouldn’t be expected to go in. I’ve been here for almost 35 years. I’ve played in their tiny ball pit when I was a kid. The quality of service and communication now is kind of crap. It’s definitely not what it used to be.

  This place is clean. But freezing inside. Your food gets cold quick. Bathrooms missing bootéé covers but can’t complain are clean. The service. Why? Are they the worst. One was a Spanish Gossiping Yakkity Yak and Lord for bid. You ask her for a cup of ice. Has an attitude. There is no fountain drink machine. (I, usually, get water because I don’t drink enuf water.) I ordered a A knife in pickup order. I got a fork. Smh I had to go ask for a knife. And the talking cashier (Big Zero Star older lady) was yapping away. The Girl Cook. (4 Stars) Came over to help me. Got me a knife. Than I just wanted more ice. And water. It didn’t fill up my travel mug. And it’s like. I pissed off the Mckie Dees Universe! For asking. 😱😒🙄 I usually order at MCDonalds by SFO. THAT CREW needs to come and teach this Crew customer service lessons! That SFO Crew are Friendly, quick service and love their customers! And it’s clean! Greet all of their customers. Because you can tell. One of them is a busy body talking about other people. Standing around yapping and gossiping. I know Spanish. And her attitude is I work at McDonald’s! Who are you?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ This place is located close i85 freeway. Unfortunately you get greeted in the morning either incompetence and lack of respect for it’s customers. Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy! I do Love and give it 5 Stars with the American Flag!

  We ordered one McDouble, apple pie and a water. My son threw up 4 hours later. You guys sold me a bad burger.

  Service here is consistently disappointing. No greeting, no acknowledgement when you walk in, just ignored. My order is almost always missing condiments and half the time there’s not even a straw, and when I ask for one I get attitude like “it’s in the bag, no?” If it were, I wouldn’t be asking. It shouldn’t be this hard to read an order and acknowledge your customers.

  I ordered Big Mac combo with a side of medium fries the lady with black jacket in drive thru was picking her ears did not washed hands after she didn’t say a word to me just handed my drink and food and closed the window Also They packed my Big Mac in the original box not Monopoly box when game is still going and the fries were old soggy and overly salty
