This might be one of the bottom 10 McDonald's in the U.S. service is very bad and rude they ignore customera for several minutes at a time the soda machines are flat like 0 carbonation from any of them at all. I hear them call out order 610 at 2:51pm a young girl came to the counter with a ticket saying 610 at 2:52pm is currently 3:10pm and they've taken someone else's order and inlgnored this poor girl. Absolutely trash.
Was about to post and the girl said something and it was a vanilla cone and a large fry and when she asked for her order they were upset with her

“I bought ice cream from this location. The ice cream had melted and was dripping. I told them to replace it for me. They just wiped it a little with a napkin and said, ‘It’s fine,’ even though I had clearly asked them to replace it.”

The girls who work the drive thru don’t speak they just extend their hands out and give you your items. This is the second time this has happened. I went tonight at 8:20 and the girl looked upset I was even there. I want to say she might even be the girl from the last visit when I I experienced the same behavior/actions from the girl thru the drive-thru. It’s rude to not say a word to someone and very awkward. Then after heading your your food to just turn their back to you.,The gentleman at the first window was very nice and smiled and told me to proceed to the next window because I had to used the app to order. Now the girl was not pleasant at all, and unfortunately, a part of customer service is having to talk to customers. What really gets me is how non chalant this girl was not speaking at all to me. Not a care in the world!
