Their expresso machine is always broken, can never get my iced mocha. Have to go right next door and get it from Starbucks

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I ordered a number 3 (breakfast) with an iced coffee, two extra hashbrowns, and a diet coke. I got to the first window and noticed they had not charged for the two extra hashbrowns. They asked if I still wanted them and I said yes so they charged me for them.
I got to the second window and they handed me a hot coffee. I told them we wanted iced coffee and they asked for the receipt and realized the guy had put hot coffee, not iced, but they swapped it. We checked our bag and saw they missed the two extra hashbrowns. I told them they forgot them and they asked for the receipt and the guy had only charged me for one extra hashbrown!!!
The guy at the window had someone else come, I assume the manager, but I could not understand her and just ended up telling them I wanted my money back for the one extra hashbrown. We left and found out they had shorted us a straw and given us the wrong breakfast sandwich.
All in all, out of the six items we ordered, the only item that they got right was the hashbrown that comes with the number 3.

The crew are always friendly and the food is always fresh , I always come with my family to spend a good time , everything is fast and fresh I haven’t had any issue , good restaurant :) J.R
