  Well they are very well mannered and a step up in their customer’s service skills which was sloppy at bests before new management took over . Their food comes out hot and fast but always skimpy on their fries which I don’t understand fries are the cheapest most profitable food out there hook it up people. If you eat there they bring it to your table after you order it which is pretty cool since it is a Mc Donald. I’m just glad they got new management that care about their job and serious about correctly training new staffs. Kudos to management and workers alike food better than most understaffed Mc Donald’s.

  They need to train the person to take order by drive thru better, always always always wrong, overcharged because wrong order, cause me time to pull aside for correction, then foods is getting cold. Brought to manager on duty attention, never apologize instead they get mad for upgrade the drink to bigger size when I did not even order it. Worst customer service at this McDonald’s East Capitol Expy San Jose location.

  Order coffee on app and when I go to Macdonald he said I don’t have coffee no refund get charged

  Don’t expect to use the restroom. Tightly locked at 815pm. You’d think body functions were an individual choice.
