- MPMansi PatoleSep 15, 20251.0I came to this location at Oakridge Mall with my elderly father, hoping to grab a quick drink. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant. The lady with multi-colored hair (who clearly needs a refresher on customer service) was incredibly rude. She gave us strange, sarcastic looks and acted like we were a huge inconvenience. When our drink was ready, instead of calling out our name like most places do, she just slammed the drink onto the table in front of us. The whole interaction felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
