- KKkhongjSep 25, 20255.0Came in today at around noon and was still indecisive on what I should order, but the team was super helpful on giving me good recommendations! I ended up trying the pumpkin drink and it was delicious. Everyone was so friendly and quick, I will be visiting for often

I still hadn’t received my order after the other customers left the store and my order wasn’t in the works of being made either. Then requested a refund because I had to get back to work. The work acted as though I was inconveniencing him for requesting a refund after he made everyone else order in front of me.

He then proceeded to not respond to me and looked at me with a disgusted face without even responding to my question. I then proceeded to say “is that possible, because I worked at a Jamba Juice before and I believe I know a thing or two about Jamba!”. He then proceeded to ignore me and walked away towards the back. I found it extremely rude that I was the only customer in store and this is how I am treated?! I have worked at Jamba Juice myself and never treated any customers like I was yesterday. If these associates do not want to work at Jamba, they should simply quit. Nobody forced them to go on INDEED OR LINKED IN AND APPLY FOR A JOB THEY HATE.
