The bread doesn’t resemble Cuban bread at all, and the inside of the bread was burnt (real Cubans are buttered on the outside and pressed…the inside of the bread doesn’t touch a griddle). The roasted pork was dry. The black beans were bland. They tasted like they had been poured straight out of a can and had no seasoning added.
