The denial came directly from the manager, who loudly said “I am the boss” as if that excuses rude and unprofessional behavior. Instead of doing his job, he chose to power-trip and disrespect a working delivery driver. A manager who hides behind “I’m the boss” while abusing drivers clearly lacks basic leadership and customer service skills. This place needs serious management training
