I was watching people that ordered well after me walk out with their burgers when I approached the guys making them. The guy called "33" and I showed him my ticket which had my name on it. He said they would call my name, but this was 24 minutes after I ordered and earlier I was told they were just waiting for the fires. After 30 minutes I asked again and they said that the ticket didn't print, but that they would start it right away. I asked for my money back which they did give including the one dollar tip. (why I give a tip before the service is starting to bug me, tips should be earned) In total I waited 31 minutes for nothing. Complete incompetence!
