They had a buy one get one free deal recently and at that price, it's a 5 out of 5 stars. Fries are great too for pricing and overall definitely worth a try even at full pricing.

Immediately realized my mistake as the payment was going through and tried to call the restaurant so they wouldn’t accept my order. Called 3 times before someone finally picked up, and by then they said it was “too late” for me to cancel and get a refund because the burger had already been prepped on their end - I would have to cancel through the app. However, I am unable to get a refund through the app either because the restaurant already MADE the burger. I tried to do the right thing to make it easy for the business, telling them not to waste their product on something I was planning to cancel, but they said there’s nothing they could do and the burger would be made regardless if someone would pick it up or not. I don’t have the financial luxury to throw $14 away for nothing so this situation is infuriating. There is no way they couldn’t have just 86’d the order.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
