One of my friend referred me the Everest cuisine restaurant located at San Jose. It was great experience, and I enjoyed the divine food. I ordered tandoori MOMO, Chowmein, and titanic MOMO. This is the best authentic Indo-Chinese/Nepalese cuisine in the town. It has very unique taste, and I had a great addition to the list of my local options.

I went there with my family. I did not realize that it was Nepal/India restaurant. They served papad as complementary to begin with. We ordered vegetable fried rice, Paneer butter masala, garlic Naan, Gobi 65, etc. Gobi 65 was not the way I expected. Paneer butter masala quantity was very less and paneer was not fresh I mean was not soft. Kids eat chicken so we ordered Chicken Momos. They tasted ok.
Overall the food taste was ok.
Everest Cuisine truly lives up to its name — they serve some of the best momos in town! Once you try them, I can guarantee you’ll keep going back again and again.
In fact, everything I’ve tried there has been amazingly tasty and fresh. The quality and flavor of their food are consistently impressive. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Plus, it’s conveniently located near the headquarters of Apple, Google, and Meta Platforms, making it a great spot for anyone in the area.

I’ve been coming to Everest for about a year now, and it has never disappointed. In my opinion, this is the best Indian and Nepalese cuisine in San Jose. Every dish is consistently flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared.
The service is just as impressive as the food. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu and dietary options, which makes the experience even better. I especially want to thank Sugam for being so warm and hospitable during every visit — it truly makes a difference.
If you’re craving authentic Indian or Nepalese food, I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Everest Cuisine is my go-to when I want something comforting but still packed with flavor. The momos are the real stars - soft, juicy, and perfectly spiced (especially the tandoori ones). Their curries are rich without being heavy, and the biryani has that slow-cooked aroma that hits before the first bite.
The menu is a great mix of Nepalese, Indian, and Indo-Chinese dishes, so it’s perfect if you’re indecisive or going with a group. Portions are generous, spice levels are customizable, and the staff is warm and welcoming.
It’s not fancy - it’s cozy, casual, and dependable. The kind of place you return to when you want good food without overthinking it.
