She tried to blame another cook by the name Danny. But what she didn’t realized is that I spoke with her while she started preparing my chicken in the grill. She is the one that did the cooking at the time that I was there. Danny knows how to Cool the chicken right. I’ve mention to upper management to have her removed from cooking since many times she has over cooked my chicken. Order number 8597

- DKDaniel KimDec 15, 20251.0One of the most uncomfortable pickup experiences I’ve had. I placed a prepaid Uber Eats pickup order with a promotion applied. When I arrived, the employee handed me a receipt showing the full price ($62) and simply asked me to SIGN it, even though my Uber Eats total was only $31 and already paid. Had I not checked the receipt, I would have unknowingly paid double the price. Uber Eats pickup orders do not require signatures, and customers should never be asked to sign receipts for amounts they did not agree to pay. I refused to sign and canceled the order because it felt inappropriate and concerning. Management seriously needs to review third-party order procedures at this location for any fraudulent activities. This should not happen.
