I would like to clarify that my one-star review is not directed at the workers or the store manager; they are polite and do their best. My feedback is aimed at the corporation's choice to implement self-checkout machines instead of having staff available to assist with special requests. I believe that personal interaction plays a vital role in customer service.
During my visit, the line was lengthy because several customers struggled to navigate the machines, especially those who are not fluent in English. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes for my order. I raised this concern with the manager, who kindly came to my table and explained the company's decision to introduce these machines. However, I feel this change could lead to inconvenience for customers. It would greatly enhance the experience if there were more staff available to assist with the checkout process.

Went to eat my usual three
Piece chicken and the lady that cooked my chicken by the name Lele end up
Burning my chicken and also serving me old coslaw and cold mash potatoes. She tried to blame another cook by the name Danny. But what she didn’t realized is that I spoke with her while she started preparing my chicken in the grill. She is the one that did the cooking at the time that I was there. Danny knows how to
Cool the chicken right. I’ve mention to upper management to have her removed from cooking since many times she has over cooked my chicken. Order number 8597

Compré una orden grande y pedí una ensalada de tocino y cuando la estaba comiendo le salio a mi hija una cana enrollada larga en su plato es algo asqueroso y muchos pelos negros cortos hable ala tienda y el manager me explicó que puede ser el nuevo condimento pero una cana ? En verdad estoy muy desepcionada de este restaurante es la segunda vez que nos sale un pelo en la ensalada.
