Today I ordered a really big order and showed up to pick it up exactly when it was ready and they still had me wait 30 mins since they could not locate the order. At the 30mins the mark a woman calls me over to then give me just 5% of my total order.. when I told them and showed them my receipt, the girls at the counter they just rolled their eyes as if I was a bother to them. They sent the manager(who I did not ask for) who then came and just handed me my money back and said “here” then walked away. I was floored by the lack of caring. The food is awesome here, but a lack of respect will only leave a foul taste. El polo loco has definitely lossed me as a repeat customer but I’m sure they don’t care, I can only assume that this type of behavior must roll down hill from management to the operational staff
