  Compré 2 piezas de pollo con 2 opciones 1soda grande me cobraron 17. Si cuando compro 3 piesas me cobran 14 cuál es la diferencia y hoy no me dieron recibo. 7:45 sabado14 de febrero

  I come here to pick up food for my brother who has severe autism and he is used to routine, so I don't really have a choice on which foods he prefers to eat. When I order through the app and come to this location, the person at the drive-thru understands everything you are saying, but then whenever there is a pickup order and you say your name he gets it wrong and repeats a disrespectful word that rhymes with it on purpose. I have made long detailed orders without using the app and have made modifications like "no pico de gallo, no onions, extra cilantro" to orders and not once was that misheard or an error made when it came to communication. The drive thru employee with the support of Carlos the Manager at this location enjoy harassing customers when it comes to your name and identity. This has happened several times to me now and the Manager working at this location - again named Carlos- has not stopped it. Store Number #3482 and address 1090 S White Rd, San Jose, CA 95127. They know my brother has autism and have seen him sitting next to me in the passenger seat at times when I come here, but they still do not care or have any empathy, professionalism or respect anyone that invests in them and buys their food. This has happened several times and that is why I had to inform the public of what happens here. They will hear everything fine, but get your name wrong intentionally. The fact that this type of harassment is allowed in the year 2026 is an extreme disappointment and more people need to speak up about the immoral beings that exist in this World that get a temporary power trip from saying your name wrong without facing any consequences.
